Cinnamon Tortilla Chips & Fruit Salsa

Cinnamon Tortilla Chips

Brush flour tortillas with water and sprinkle cinnamon sugar mix on top.

Cut into triangles with pizza cutter. Bake on Stone in oven at 350 degrees for 8-10 min or until light brown.


Fruit Salsa

1 peeled and chunked apple
2 cups of frozen fruit mix slightly thawed (pineapples, mangoes, strawberries, peaches)
1-2 tsp. brown sugar or sugar substitute
2 T. orange juice
1-2 T. fruit spread (Linda used Rhubarb strawberry spread from Tastefully Simple)

Put chunks of apple and the frozen fruit in a manual food processor, mix until most large chunks are cute smaller then add brown sugar, orange juice and your choice of fruit spread. Mix/chop again until the sugars are mixed and the fruit is the consistency of a chunky salsa.

Serve with cinnamon tortilla chips. Enjoy!
